(Joseph Tse SC) \u3001\u674e\u980c\u7136\u8cc7\u6df1\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b (Tony Li SC) \u3001\u674e\u7956\u8a52\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b (Joseph Lee)\u7b49\u4e3b\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5e2d\u9593\uff0c\u9673\u5f8b\u5e2b\u53ca\u672c\u884c\u540c\u4e8b\u8207Des Voeux Chambers (\u6216\u7c21\u7a31DVC) \u7684\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u5011\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u6df1\u5165\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u606d\u8cc0\u4ed6\u5011\u540c\u6642\u5728\u6c11\u4e8b\u53ca\u5211\u4e8b\u6cd5\u9818\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u6210\u529f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des Voeux Chambers\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u8457\u540d\u7684\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u773e\u591a\u8457\u540d\u7684\u8cc7\u6df1\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b (Senior Counsel) \uff0c\u57f7\u696d\u6c34\u5e73\u5728\u884c\u5167\u7372\u5ee3\u6cdb\u8a8d\u53ef\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e0d\u5c11\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u6210\u54e1\u66f4\u7d93\u5e38\u64d4\u4efb\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u53ca\u5340\u57df\u6cd5\u9662\u66ab\u59d4\u6cd5\u5b98\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u884c\u5e38\u8207Des Voeux Chambers\u7684\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u5408\u4f5c\u8655\u7406\u6848\u4ef6\uff0cDVC\u7684\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u5927\u90fd\u4ee5\u52d9\u5be6\u614b\u5ea6\u8655\u7406\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u638c\u63e1\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u6848\u60c5\uff0c\u5c0d\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6709\u6df1\u5165\u8a8d\u8b58\u4ee5\u53ca\u80fd\u4ee5\u7576\u4e8b\u4eba\u5229\u76ca\u4f5c\u4f9d\u6b78\u3002 \u6211\u5011\u8207DVC\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u5408\u4f5c\u8655\u7406\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e38\u53d6\u5f97\u8f03\u4ee4\u4eba\u6eff\u610f\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
