underline;\">\u6848\u60c5<\/span><\/strong>\uff1a\u539f\u544a\u4eba\u70ba41\u6b72\u53f8\u6a5f\uff0c\u99d5\u99db\u79c1\u5bb6\u8eca\u5728\u96a7\u9053\u88ab\u5f8c\u8eca\u649e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u50b7\u52e2\u70ba\u8170\u690e\u75db\u695a\uff0c\u80cc\u90e8\u79fb\u52d5\u5e45\u5ea6\u53d7\u9650\uff0c\u53f3\u8173\u96e3\u4f38\u76f4\uff0c\u53f3\u8173\u62c7\u8dbe\u96e3\u767c\u529b\uff0cX\u5149\u986f\u793a\u690e\u9593\u76e4 L4\/5\u7bc0\u7a7a\u9593\u7e2e\u5c0f (decreased intervertebral space of the L4\/5 level)\u3002\u7269\u7406\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\u4f9d\u7136\u6301\u7e8c\u75db\u695a\uff0cMRI\u78c1\u529b\u5171\u632f\u986f\u793a\u8170\u690e\u690e\u9593\u76e4L5\/S1\u7bc0\u7a81\u51fa\uff08lumbar spine showed protrusion of the intervertebral disc at the L5\/S1 level)\u3002\u56e0\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u53d7\u963b\uff0c\u539f\u544a\u4eba\u9700\u5165\u9662\u9032\u884c\u690e\u9593\u76e4 L5\/S1\u5207\u9664\u624b\u8853 \uff08spinal operation of discectomy of the L5\/S1 intervertebral disc )\uff0c\u4e26\u7559\u96624\u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u6cd5\u5ead\u5224\u6c7a<\/span><\/strong>\uff1a\u6cd5\u5ead\u88c1\u5b9a\u88ab\u544a\u4eba\u758f\u5ffd\uff0c\u4e26\u9700\u70ba\u539f\u544a\u4eba\u50b7\u52e2\u8ce0\u511f\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u6cd5\u5ead\u5224\u5b9a<a href=\"https:\/\/cph-legal.com\/en\/personal-injuries\/list-of-recent-psla-compensation-precedents\/\">Pain, Suffering and Loss of Amenities (PSLA)<\/a> \u70baHK$450,000\uff0c\u4f46\u57fa\u65bc\u539f\u544a\u4eba\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u9000\u5316\u72c0\u6cc1 (pre-existing degenerative condition) \u5f9e\u4e2d\u6298\u6263\u4e8620%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9700\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u6b64\u70ba2012\u5e74\u4e4b\u5224\u6c7a\uff0c\u5982\u6cd5\u5ead\u73fe\u5728\u53c3\u8003\u6b64\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u6703\u8003\u616e\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u7684\u901a\u8139\u4f86\u8a55\u5b9a\u5408\u7406\u4e4b\u8ce0\u511f\u984d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CPH Legal<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration:
