Legal\u57f7\u696d\u5f8b\u5e2b\u9673\u67cf\u8c6a\u63a5\u53d7\u660e\u5831\u96fb\u5b50\u5e73\u53f0\u7d44\u8a2a\u554f\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u5546\u8b70\u88c1\u6c7a\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u5fc5\u9808\u7d55\u5c0d\u4fdd\u5bc6\u3001\u4e0d\u80fd\u516c\u958b\uff0c\u6cd5\u5ead\u4ea6\u4e00\u5f8b\u4e0d\u6703\u70ba\u88c1\u6c7a\u7406\u7531\u64b0\u5beb\u5224\u8fad\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5728\u9ad8\u9662\u5be9\u7406\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u4e8b\u5be6\u88c1\u65b7\u7684\u662f\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u3001\u800c\u975e\u6cd5\u5b98\u3002\u672c\u6587\u7d9c\u5408\u8b80\u8005\u5c0d\u6709\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u7591\u554f\uff0c\u7531\u9673\u67cf\u8c6a\u5f8b\u5e2b\u89e3\u7b54\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u5236\u5ea6\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u6e90\u81ea\u4e2d\u4e16\u7d00\u82f1\u570b\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53ca\u793e\u6703\u5236\u5ea6\u56fa\u7136\u672a\u53ca\u73fe\u4ee3\u793e\u6703\u5b8c\u5584\uff0c\u6240\u8b02\u300c\u5c71\u9ad8\u7687\u5e1d\u9060\u300d\uff0c\u570b\u738b\u5c0d\u5404\u5730\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u6cbb\u97ad\u9577\u83ab\u53ca\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5730\u65b9\u7d33\u58eb\u81ea\u884c\u5be9\u7406\u9818\u5730\u5167\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u800c\u570b\u738b\u4ea6\u5141\u8a31\u4ed6\u5011\u9019\u6a23\u505a\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u96db\u5f62\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f8c\u4f86\u96a8\u6b77\u53f2\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u570b\u738b\u8207\u8cb4\u65cf\u53ca\u570b\u6c11\u4e4b\u9593\u767c\u751f\u9577\u671f\u89d2\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u8cb4\u65cf\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f8c\u4f86\u7684\u570b\u6c11\u722d\u53d6\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd1\u4e00\u5343\u5e74\u4f86\u6574\u9ad4\u4e0a\u570b\u738b\u6b0a\u529b\u9010\u6f38\u7e2e\u5c0f\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u96e3\u514d\u6709\u62c9\u92f8\u53ca\u722d\u6301\u4e0d\u4e0b\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5404\u7a2e\u9b25\u722d\u7684\u6642\u523b\u3002\u5728\u9019\u6b77\u53f2\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u5236\u5ea6\u4ea6\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u570b\u6c11\u514d\u53d7\u570b\u738b\u53ca\u653f\u5e9c\u58d3\u8feb\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u6bcb\u9808\u70ba\u88c1\u6c7a\u89e3\u91cb\u7684\u898f\u77e9&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u966a\u5be9\u5718\u88c1\u5b9a\u88ab\u544a\u7f6a\u540d\u4e0d\u6210\u7acb\u5f8c\uff0c\u63a7\u65b9\u80fd\u5426\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u7b2c221\u7ae0\u300a\u5211\u4e8b\u8a34\u8a1f\u7a0b\u5e8f\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u5be9\u7406\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\u4e00\u5f8b\u5c6c\u65bc\u516c\u8a34\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u5f8b\u653f\u53f8\u96d6\u53ef\u5728\u7121\u7f6a\u88c1\u6c7a\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\uff0c\u4f46\u53ea\u80fd\u8655\u7406\u6cd5\u5f8b\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4e8b\u5be6\u88c1\u65b7\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e0a\u8a34\u7d50\u679c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u7121\u7f6a\u88c1\u6c7a\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u800c\u4e0a\u8a34\u7d50\u679c\u53ea\u6703\u7d04\u675f\u5c07\u4f86\u6848\u4ef6\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u57fa\u65bc\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u4e00\u6848\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e8c\u5be9\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u63a7\u65b9\u4ea6\u4e0d\u80fd\u5c31\u540c\u4e00\u7f6a\u540d\u518d\u6b21\u8d77\u8a34\u88ab\u544a\u3002\/\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5168\u6587\u8acb\u67e5\u95b1\u300a\u660e\u5831\u300b\u7db2\u7ad9\uff1a<a
