\u8a1f\u66f8 (Pleading Stage) \u968e\u6bb5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u975e\u6b63\u5be9\u968e\u6bb5 \/ \u6848\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u968e\u6bb5 (Interlocutory \/ Case Management Stage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. \u6b63\u5f0f\u5be9\u8a0a (Trial )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u6536\u5230\u50b3\u8a0a\u4ee4\u72c0 (Writ of Summons)\u6642\uff0c\u8a34\u8a1f\u5728\u7b2c\u4e00\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5373\u8a1f\u66f8\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u7acb\u5373\u8058\u7528\u5f8b\u5e2b\u9032\u884c\u4e0b\u5217\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. \u5728\u6536\u5230\u50b3\u8a0a\u4ee4\u72c0\u5f8c\u768414\u5929\u5167\u5b58\u6a94Acknowledgment of Service\uff0c\u901a\u77e5\u6cd5\u5ead\u53ca\u5c0d\u65b9\u60a8\u5c07\u61c9\u8a0a\u53ca\u6297\u8faf\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u5c0d\u65b9\u4e4b\u5f8c\u6703\u5b58\u6a94\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7533\u7d22\u9673\u8ff0\u66f8 (Statement of Claim)\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\u9700\u67e5\u95b1\u6b64\u6587\u4ef6\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. \u5f8b\u5e2b\u5c07\u5354\u52a9\u60a8\u6574\u7406\u53ca\u6392\u5217\u8207\u6848\u4ef6\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u8b49\u64da\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u5f8b\u5e2b\u5c07\u70ba\u60a8\u6e96\u5099\u53ca\u5b58\u6a94\u6297\u8faf\u66f8 \uff08Defence ) \uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u6297\u8faf\u7684\u7406\u64da\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6848\u60c5\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. \u5c0d\u65b9\u4e4b\u5f8c\u6703\u5b58\u6a94\u56de\u8986\u66f8 (Reply) \uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u5f8b\u5e2b\u9700\u8981\u67e5\u95b1\u6b64\u6587\u4ef6\u4f46\u7121\u9700\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u56de\u8986<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5de5\u4f5c\u70ba\u7acb\u5373\u9700\u8981\u8655\u7406\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u6709\u8aa4\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u6cd5\u5ead\u76f4\u63a5\u5224\u5b9a\u60a8\u672a\u6709\u61c9\u8a0a\u800c\u6557\u8a34\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u5f8c\u7e8c\u5169\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5373 \u300c\u975e\u6b63\u5be9\u968e\u6bb5 \/ \u6848\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u968e\u6bb5 (Interlocutory \/ Case Management Stage) \u300d\u53ca \u300c\u6b63\u5f0f\u5be9\u8a0a (Trial ) \u300d\u7684\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u5f8b\u5e2b\u6703\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8a73\u7d30\u8b1b\u89e3\u6bcf\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u8655\u7406\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u6c11\u4e8b\u8a34\u8a1f\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709 \u300c\u8f38\u5bb6\u652f\u4ed8\u8d0f\u5bb6\u300d\u5f8b\u5e2b\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u539f\u5247 (costs follow the
