Our Principal Solicitor, Mr. Eric P H Chan, also serves as a fiat prosecutor briefed by the Department of Justice, who occasionally represents the Hong Kong Government in Court to prosecute criminal cases.
Commercial Litigation is one of our key strengths. In particular, we focus on commercial fraud cases. CPH Legal’s solicitors have previously handled cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars.
